Job Offer: Web Developer

To match our continuously growing challenges, we are looking for a Web Developer with professional experience in CMS development with PHP and MySQL to join our team at the earliest possible date.


Your Tasks:

In our team, you are responsible for the creation and development of web applications centering around online communities. Using PHP 5, Java, SQL, JavaScript and other languages, you independently develop new features and oversee complete projects right up to their implementation. Working together with community and content managers, customer supporters, designers, SEO and usability consultants as well as with international partner companies, you get comprehensive insights that put your tasks in their context and guide your problem-solving strategies.


Your Profile:

Whether you are a graduate, an experienced professional or are about to change careers: you should have gained initial experience with the development of web applications – ideally in PHP or Java. In any case, you should have written at least 10,000 lines of code and feel at ease learning new programming languages because you understand the patterns and algorithms, and syntax is only a minor matter for you. Your work stands out thanks to its quality and diligence. You have a high affinity for new technologies, database systems and programming languages. The conceptual design and realization of complex software projects sparks your interest and ambition. You value a creative atmosphere at work, flat hierarchies and straightforward, but professional teamwork.
