Community Manager wanted!
We are looking for native speakers for the position of Community-Manager (m/f) for each of our newly planned and existing sub-sites for our office in Gibraltar
/ Southern Spain.
Your Duties:
- Concept design, implementation and coordination of the new community in the target language
- Establishment and coordination of a community team (Moderators, Coaches, Hand Judges, Translators, Editors)
- Responsibility for the content and the functioning of the online community

We are looking for community managers for the following online communities:

- Building and leading an editorial team in the target language
- Close coordination with the rest of the community-management department and other divisions such as education, in large multi-division projects
- Responsibility for the further development, control, implementation, and longevity of specific community projects.
Your Profile:
- A completed degree in the commercial and/or editorial area is an advantage
- Extremely good knowledge of the target language, especially written
- A high online affinity and, ideally, experience with the most common programs such as Photoshop, Dreamweaver or similar
- Extensive experience in at least one of the following areas:
1) Poker
2) Forums, Chats and Online Communities
3) Editorial Area - Ideally experience in the leadership and motivation of teams
- Fun administrating an online community
- High degree of responsibility and loyalty
- Flexibility and willingness to move to Gibraltar / South Spain
