To match our continuously growing challenges, we are looking for a Web Designer with professional experience in web-page development to join our team at the earliest possible date.

Your Tasks:

Conceptual design and creation of Internet pages taking into consideration all common standards and usability aspects of web-based applications
Maintenance, improvement and redevelopment of existing Internet pages in the sphere of online communities
Acting as middleman between content management and IT
Implementation of existing and development of new strategies for the optimization of user conversion
Management and execution of special projects

Your Profile:

Completed education in the area of media, web or graphics design
Very good knowledge of HTML (design and programming) and in all common graphics software
Well-founded knowledge of JavaScript, ideally also of Flash design and programming
Adept use of template engines
Experience with content-management, blog and shop systems
High affinity and very good understanding of usability concepts and modern Internet applications
Independent and reliable working manner
Very good communication skills
Open and sympathetic demeanor
