Job Offer: Systems Administrator
To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a Systems Administrator to join us at the earliest possible date.
As Systems Administrator, you are, as part of a small team, responsible for the complete internal infrastructure of our international company with about 100 work stations. You independently take care of all aspects ranging from purchase and installation of hard- and software to the administration of licenses and service contracts. Beyond that, you are responsible for keeping the company operational and internally supporting our employees in national and international project assignments.
Your Tasks:
- Administration and extension of our heterogeneous IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux) and the connected systems
- Maintenance of all other internal communications solutions
- Securing the availability of all systems, analysis and repair of malfunctions impeding operations
- Support of hard- and software, especially server hardware and Windows workstations
- Helpdesk tasks
Your Profile:
- Completed education in the IT or information-engineering areas
- Several years' experience in IT service and support
- Well-founded knowledge of networking technologies in general and Microsoft client/server systems in particular
- Knowledge of Linux OS and web servers are advantageous
- Ideally, scripting or programming experience
- Good proficiency in German and English
- Service-oriented and structured working manner
