@ Qubie
Thanks, bro! Imo, blog used to be better when I first started as I was putting a lot more updates and thoughts into it. But I still try to maintain the good work ethics!
As for my long-term plans...believe me, I feel very confused. I think I'd have been playing the 100$s on daily basis f.e. if I could have the decent traffic/volume I want to put every month. That would be a fine plan to follow through out the whole year as I will be getting decent rakeb and what I have to focus on is winning prerakeb at these games(ROIs would be low for everybody, so I need to be able to put a good sample). Right now it's either grind at nights-prolly 7 p.m.+ with very low table selection or just play the midstakes and occasionally add a few 100$s when they are soft-ish. If things go well this year, I will try shooting for SNE next year. Another thing I could try is establishing myself at the hypers which come with a great traffic/volume and I can easily higher my average BI up to 60$ f.e. if I mix 30-100$s. However, swings are insane! And I would need to study the format well before I jump on the 60-100$s. It's not like I have an endless trunk of money and a possible 200BI+ downswing at these stakes will really hurt me big.
In other words-as for this moment, I don't have the time to study a new format and put a decent volume, however, I would like to boost my roll a bit more by playing the games I am used to before making the move outside BG(hopefully). From mid-march on or April, I think I will be able to focus much more and re-consider. I will prolly go into 2 directions:
grind midstakes + occasionally 100$s all reg turbos for this year
rapidly moving to the hypers and re-consider if I can shoot SNE next year playing the 60$s-100$s
So, that's all. Basically, games are tough, edges are small and I don't wanna think way ahead of myself as I don't have a good enough sample right now to even know what my winrate is gonna be at these games. First I get the sample, then I make a plan of how far I think I can go. I definitely don't wanna settle for less just because I am being lazy to study or afraid of the swings. However, I don't wanna shoot too big either and then fall and crush, because I overrated my skills/stamina level.
Cheers!

How many tables can you get when you play 50$+ of 9m turbos? Have you thought to mix in some normal 9m? What do you think can be a sustainable roi for 50$+ in 9m?
In my opinion most of the edge comes in postflop play when you are 2-3-4-5 handed. Icm is not so important here because you have ton of experience in this and i think you should be focus heavily on postflop
Moreover i think 2012 was the last year that hyper (both 6 and 9) were somewhat ''soft''. I think from now on it would be a massacre because everyone goes for elite
Another choice could be mixing 9/18/ 50-50s

Hi, belthazorrrr!
It's been a long, long time since I last played 9-man....or....ok,ok, I have 7-8 games for the last 8-9 months. I don't think they run good on the 30$s+ though. That was one of the reasons for me to switch formats. I agree somewhat with the hypers, they are definitely more reg-fested now than the first time I checked them half an year ago, but definitely not everybody goes for SNE. In fact, there are less than 200 people I think who actually make it. I think the average 9-man reg has pretty low skills at postflop, but you can't do much when you are capped in the 15-30$s limits cuz games don't run above. Maybe I slightly over react
But I like to put it this way.

Wow... Your blog was on fifth page. Not updating this at all anymore?
Noticed your comments today in that HU game, but had too much action on tables. Anyway that HU ended in probably quite a spewy play from my side

I am sorry for not updating! My bad... I have things to say, but I am so, so busy that I barely have time to play to begin with. I traveled almost all the time the last one month and this is where I am settled now and hopefully it stays like this for a long time:

It would be easier to make it mine by stealing it than buying it, but I also share the enthusiasm
