However, none of these games gave him satisfaction in the long run and whenever he tried to play poker seriously - something seemingly always had to go wrong.

Performances of the Week

Earlier this week, PokerStrategy.com coach and video producer chenny8888 won the New Zealand Poker Open, cashing approximately $22,900 (NZD 34,000). We conducted an interview with him to find out how he accomplished this, what are his plans for this summer and more.

Our community members have also had success in online poker. CuCbKu had a particularly good week, taking down the ECOOP VI Main Event worth $330k.

Here are some more members who have had notable results this week:

• z4tz tested out some rush poker MTT SnGs and earned $287.55
