EuroPoker: New Partner Poker Room with $1,200 Bonus
We're happy to greet EuroPoker as our newest partner poker room from the Ongame network. Apart from a $1,200 bonus, PokerStrategists will benefit from an exclusive 40% VIP System and a monthly $30,000 Rake Chase.
EuroPoker is PokerStrategy.com's newest partner poker room from the Ongame network, especially well-known for our other Ongame partner, bwin.
This, in fact, is one of the reasons why this network is so profitable for PokerStrategists: it has numerous sports betting punters who come in for casual entertainment on the poker tables.
Another reason is the promotions for PokerStrategists: with your registration via PokerStrategy.com, you'll have a 100% up to $1,200 bonus available to you, play to clear special rewards for PokerStrategists in the VIP system, and additionally take part in a monthly $30,000 Rake Chase.
For our status system, every cleared $1 of rake is worth 3 StrategyPoints.

VIP System with extra bonuses
As soon as you're in the EuroPoker VIP Club, you'll receive one VIP Credit (VC) per Player Point (PP). You can then exchange collected VIP credits for Cash Packages.
Player Points:
For tournaments/SnGs, you'll receive 5 PP per $1 fee paid, and in cash games an average of over 5 PP per $1 raked.
VIP Club:
To join the VIP club and earn VCs, you need to be clearing 500 PP a month. However, when the club launches in February, you'll belong to the club by default.
Cash Packages:
The smallest package ($50) will cost you 1,800 VC, while the biggest one lies at $2,000 for 36,000 VCs. As a PokerStrategist, you'll have access to three more packages - that are not normally available in the VIP club - if you earned 5,000 VC in a month:
- $3,000 for 50,000 VC
- $5,000 for 70,000 VC
- $10,000 for 125,000 VC
The regular bonuses lie between 10% and 27%; our extra rewards are 30%, 35%, as well as 40%.
A Rake Chase works slightly differently from a Rake Race. In a Chase, it's all about achieving specific targets for a prize, as quickly as possible. Only a fixed number of players can get a prize. Every player receives only one prize (the highest possible for him).
Our payout structure looks like this:
Number
of PrizesStrategyPoints
RequiredPrizes
100 500 $25 50 1,000 $50 30 2,000 $100 10 4,500 $250 10 10,000 $750 8 20,000 $1,500
- Number of players:
Ongame is the world's fifth largest poker provider. Currently, an average of 2,900 players play there round-the-clock, and during prime time, between the hours of 8 pm and midnight, about 5,000 players.
In No Limit, the most popular format, you'll always have more than enough tables available from NL 5 to NL 400, and in the evenings, you'll find over 10 short-handed tables for NL 600 and NL 1,000.
SnG players will be happy with the action with up to $50 buy-ins, while the low limits would be interesting for the Fixed Limit players. - Apart from full ring and heads-up, you'll obviously also find short-handed tables on EuroPoker. This is different from most poker rooms, although these are 5-handed or even, once in a while, 3-handed.
- Tracking & analysis software is allowed

In europoker.com, it says that cash games earn you 1PP/$rake and not 5. Do we get 5 as pokerstrategists, or is the infi here wrong?#10
