FL Article: Turn play in position and without initiative

In this new article for our Platinum FL members, OnkelHotte will elaborate on how to extract maximum value from raise-able hands on the turn - and when to choose a different approach.

Today, we bring a new Fixed Limit article by  our mastermind OnkelHotte to all our Platinum Fixed Limit members; in his latest work, the PokerStrategy.com Head of Education will share his insights on turn play for cases where you're in position, but left the initiative to the opponent on the flop.

The premise is that we have a hand which is strong enough for a raise, so naturally, we will take a look at what makes a hand raise-able at all. We will proceed to establishing why a call on the flop and then raising on the turn usually is the better standard line. Last but not least, we will see why you should raise at all and in which cases you should make exceptions.

Maximize your value by improving your turnplay.
