Hold'em Manager 2: Bugs and Update for the 500 Bonus SP Promotion
Unfortunately, there were a couple of teething problems with the launch of Hold'em Manager 2. We got some feedback on a few bugs, so we asked our developers to write a statement. There were also some grey areas with the 500 bonus SP promo. We hope all our PokerStrategists will now be happy with our solutions.
The launch of the new version of Hold'em Manager 2 (HM2) was awaited with hot anticipation. Many new features, including additional graphs and a totally revamped HUD, have been fuelling these fires in the poker world.

This was an unpleasant surprise for us. We got in touch with the developers straight away and they gave us this statement on the current situation:
Hold'em Manager 2 developers' statementWe'll keep the product promotion neutral until we're sure that all of the significant problems have been rectified.
However, we're confident that the HM2 team will get things under control and live up to the needs of our community in no time.
500 retroactive SP, even if you have the Small Stakes version
In connection with the launch of HM2, we're leading a promotion with the intention of crediting everyone who purchases the HM2 Pro version with 500 bonus StrategyPoints.
Unfortunately, we weren't explicit enough when it came to explaining that this only applies to the pro version. This meant some people got the impression that these bonus StrategyPoints would also be available with the Small Stakes version.
We'd like to apologise and make up for this confusion. That's why we're also giving all those who have purchased the Small Stakes version up to now 500 bonus SP as well. These points will be credited within the next week.
However, as of now, the 500 bonus SP are only available with the purchase of the Pro version! We'll be running this promotion until 16th November at 23:59 GMT.

@7: Hi TurnitAce, yes you will get the 500sp. Just create an HM account through us. However, there is no discount on HM2 purchases.

hi i have bought the HM2 Pro versionlast month have create an HM account through poker strategy but i have not received my 500 yet can you tell me what happen ?
