New Features for Referring New Members

A Facebook Share button and an enhanced option to integrate your referral code into links - these are two new features that will also make it easier for you to refer new members to PokerStrategy.com.

What's special about this: If you are logged in to PokerStrategy.com, your referral code is automatically included in the link. This way, you can share interesting content with people you know and also make sure that you will be rewarded if they decide to sign up at PokerStrategy.com.

The Like button has nothing to do with your referral code, it serves an entirely different purpose: You can use it to give us feedback on news and let us know what you like so can further improve our content based on your input.

More flexible referral links

This feature will benefit especially those of you who regularly refer friends by using forum signatures, websites or your own blog, for example.

A recent improvement is that you are no longer restricted to adding the referral code to the end of a URL. You can now also put it in the center of many PokerStrategy.com URLs. For example, both http://www.pokerstrategy.com/strategy/uXXXX/ and http://www.pokerstrategy.com/uXXXX/strategy/ will work as referral links. (Of course you have to use your personal referral code, which you can find here).

What's the advantage of this? Put in the center of the link, the referral code is more likely to be perceived as a natural part of the URL. This guarantees that the members you would like to refer will actually use that link to get to PokerStrategy.com and are tracked as referred by you.
