New Fixed Limit Diamond Video: Byron Jacobs Plays Short Handed Part 2

The emphasis in this video is on obtaining reads from the opposition and exploiting them as quickly as possible. Many pre-flop decisions depend on table dynamics.

There are some players with unusual styles at the table and this demands atypical adaptation on your part. Furthermore, you should watch out for two key hands in this video:
  • In the 13th minute Byron decides on a quick pre-flop fold based on the styles of his opponents and his table position.
  • Around the 39th minute he 3-bets pre-flop which is a standard play, but Byron explains why he wouldn't make this move if the table seating were different.
