Q: How do I upgrade from HM1 to HM2?
A: Follow the directions in our upgrade guide from HM1 to HM2.
Q: The discount I received is not correct. What can I do?
A: Please get in touch with the HM support. They will analyse which discount applies to your previous purchases.
Q: I purchased an upgrade from Small Stakes 1 to HM1. Will I get a free upgrade to HM2?
A: No. You've only purchased the upgrade which entitles you for a discount in the same or similar upgrade price. The full version would be more expensive. Also, your purchase has to be after May 1, 2011.
Q: Where can I find further information on upgrade prices?

"The small stakes products are not included."That is a disgrace. This was never mentioned in the original offer. You can't just trick people into buying a product and then withdraw the offer. Will you be refunding the cost of the software to people who were cheated this way?

We never mentioned in any news that small stakes will give 500 SP. The price of the small stakes upgrade is just way less than for HM2 so it would inflate the gold status@all: please contact our CS if there is a problem with your 500 SP upgrade

For anyone interested, here is the original page. It is clearly stated in response to #18 by BenPS #21 that 500 SP will be awarded for small stakes HEM.http://www.pokerstrategy.com/news/pokerstrategy/Hold-em-Manager-Deals-Exclusive-for-PokerStrategists!_50858/
There is also no mention anywhere in that page of the offer not applying to small stakes.

DonMB that is just weasel words. If you look at the FAQ in the link I just posted it says:"Will I get 500 Bonus StrategyPoints even if I got the free upgrade?
Yes - for example, if you buy HM1 now with our offer and then upgrade for free to HM2, you will still get 500 bonus StrategyPoints."
Throughout the rest of the article you have referred to HEM1 indiscriminately - i.e. small stakes, big stakes, Omaha. So suddenly we're supposed to work out that in this one instance you mean HEM high stakes only?
Why don't you just honour your promise? It's 500 points, it's not costing you anything for goodness sake.

@15 you guys also never mentioned before that HM1 small stakes WILL NOT be awarded 500SP. no offense but the reason why most probably bought HM1 is to get that gold upgrade. and that includes me.#20
