Private Coaching for the community! Giveaway Inside.
Always on the lookout for ways to promote our community into becoming better poker players we are giving away a private coaching with our management, while discussing new formats for the future.
At
PokerStrategy we know to appreciate our active members, who work on improving their
game and the atmosphere of the community.
We are therefore always keen on finding ways to support them in their
path to becoming better players. This
week we will present one of our users with an exclusive private coaching with
the management.
The Coaching:
- 1,5 Hour Private coaching with our own resident coach TribunCeasar and the English Community-Admin SoyCD.
- This coaching will be for No-Limit Hold'em players who play NL BSS up to NL100.
- The member should ideally have TeamViewer installed so that the coach can view his desktop and give the highest level of advice and feedback.
- Coaching is tentatively scheduled for Sunday evening
To Participate:
The winning member should be an active part of the community who is interested in learning and improving his game. Whether it is a complete new-comer or someone who has been around for a long time does not matter as long as he or she fulfills the following requirements:1. Willingness to learn: In order to be eligible to take part in the coaching you should have a willingness to learn and to improve your game. This is best demonstrated by reading articles, watching videos, visiting coachings and posting hands:
- Posting hands: You need to have posted at least 7 Hands in the week of the promotion
2. Activity: Activity encompasses several points. For this promotion we will set the following guidelines:
- In-game activity: You need to have accumulated 100 StrategyPoints in the week of the Promotion.
- Forum activity: You need to have made at least 15 posts over the course of the week. Whether you are answering other user questions, asking questions, or just posting your favourite jokes in small-talk does not matter.
- Comments: We always appreciate feedback to our news. 2 comments a week are enough to qualify in this regard.
3. Post in the Feedback Thread:
- If user response to these kinds of coaching sessions is positive we can see about making it a regular event. For the beginning we have chosen to make a single player private coaching, but for the future other formats could be possible.
Additionally future coachings could be for different levels or different formats (e.g. SNG or FL). Feel free to discuss how you find the idea of weekly chances to win private coachings for our active members and what kind of formats you would like to see them given out in. Posting in the thread will also qualify you for winning this weeks coaching session which will be randomly awarded to one of the posters who qualify by meeting the above mentioned criteria:
- Group Theory Coachings for small groups
- Higher Stakes Private Coachings for small groups with observers

Well aside from perhaps Skype or Teamspeak you do not 'need' any particular program. But if you download "TeamViewer" it is extremely helpful because it enables the coach to view your holecards and therefore better analyse your game without you having to announce them :)#11
