The fifth and last article of the "Got Tilt?" series by psychological consultant Robert Langer talks about the fact that playing against bad players, or fish, can often lead to tilt.

"If fish didn't occasionally win despite their bad play, then good players would have astronomical win-rates. The only problem would be that the oceans could suffer from over-fishing after a while. The poor fish should be allowed to feel comfortable in the role of the losing player. They should be allowed to lose as much money as possible without complaining, leaving this money for the other players to collect."

This Silver article ends the 5-part article series dedicated to the concept of Tilt. Psychological consultant Robert Langer talks here about the fact that losing players - the so-called 'fish' - are also bound to win sometimes, no matter the skill difference.  This will often put better players on tilt, and make them lose focus on their own game.
