When u are higher VIP level, they reply faster, but still their support is ridiculous, they respond like robot, I asked about my rake in one week multiple times in USD and twice they answered with rake of whole month or another wrong value lol...#4

I moved to WH recently. I've contacted support 4 times now (once accidentally). The first time it took a few minutes but every other time it was basically right away.
