Introducing: Top 20 Promotion
From October to December PokerStrategists from every community will get to participate in the new Top 20 promotion. In January, a tournament will decide the winners of the remaining undistributed cash.
Starting this October, PokerStrategy.com will be introducing you to the new Top 20 Promotion. This exciting new promotion runs for three months, until December,
and culminates in a spectacular final tournament with a massive overlay of expected $30,000.
In this new Top 20 promotion, the payout structure will see the top 20 players of the English community grab a share of the total prize pool of $2,000.
$500 for first place in the English Community
Between the first and last days of every month, from October to December this year, all English community members will get a chance to claim the $500 first prize. Prizes will be given out to the Top 20 PokerStrategists in our community who have collected the most Strategy Points for that month.Getting into the Top 20 of our community guarantees you a minimum pay-out of $50. The race resets every month, so everyone will get 3 chances to get into the money. Here is the detailed payout structure for the $2,000 prize pool:
Just like in the earlier promotion, if a player in our community happens to win prizes in both the Top 250 Promotion and this Top 20 Promotion, then he or she is only eligible to claim the higher of the two prizes. The lower prize will then be put into a global pool where everyone gets a shot at winning a piece of the pie. Read on to find out how you can win your share of this global prize pool.
Over $30,000 expected in the global pot
Instead of giving the prizes out in the form of a jackpot lottery draw, this time around, PokerStrategists who wish to grab a share of the global pot will have to pit their poker playing skills against one another.In January 2010, a $1 buy-in tournament with an added-on prize consisting of all the money in the global pot will be organized and it will be open to any member who has a tracked account. The exact time, date and poker room for this exciting tournament is yet to be decided, so keep your eyes out for the announcement.
With a total of 17 communities being involved in this promotion, we expect the global pot to be worth at least $30,000. In the Top 10 Jacktop Lottery, the jackpot grew to a whopping $27,350, even though we had fewer communities and a smaller monthly prize back then.

Maybe it could be a HORSE game, or even 8-game! That would be fun, and a true test of skill. Although it will probably take FOREVER, given the size of the entire PS.com community.I really hope that the game happens on a site where i am tracked. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Well, if they do it in some platform where tehere would be also second starting capital or smth like that then it wouldnt be problem and that platfom would get a lot of new players and lets say peope would be eligible for that with 1500SP or smth liek that#8
