How does it work?
Earn at least 10 StrategyPoints each day for 20 days on one poker room during the month of November. By doing that, this will give you a total of 500 StrategyPoints for the month which gives you 
Gold status and a $20 cash reward.10 SP x 20 days = Gold status + $20 cash
Our 10 extra StrategyPoints a day promotion will give you an extra 10 bonus StrategyPoints every day you earn at least 1 StrategyPoint, which means you will have a total of 400 StrategyPoints all together.If you hit the 400 milestone by collecting 10 StrategyPoints each day for 20 days, you'll be credited with 100 bonus StrategyPoints at the beginning of December. This equals a total of at least 500 StrategyPoints, which is enough to reach Gold status. See calculation below:

As you clench on to your Gold status victory, we will also reward your efforts with $20 cash - that's up to 50% rakeback!
The 100 bonus StrategyPoints are transferred to your PokerStrategy.com account at the beginning of December but they count for November. This will guarantee you Gold status for the rest of the year. The $20 will be transferred to your poker room account at the beginning of December.
Note: You can only get the bonus 100 StrategyPoints and $20 cash reward one time.

@28: That is really hard to tell now that you need to see the flop to get credited w/ rake. Suggest play a session of 100 hands, and record how many party points you earn over that single session. Multiply your party point total by 1.75 to get a rough estimate of your Strategy point total.Using $1 SnG though on Party you get .525 Strategy Pts per SnG. So 10 Strategy Pts will require 19 SnGs.
Serious time commitment unless you can multitable effectively. 4-tabling this will need about 2.5 hours per day.
Nice promo PokerStrategy!!
I especially like the $20 thrown in for good measure.

#34: Ok so over a 2500 hand period at nl2, i have $2.80 rake. So i would need to play slightly over 2500 hands a day to gain the rake needed.So if i 8-table FR, average of say 70 hands per hour, Id need to play roughly 4.5 hours a day? Is that right?

@36: If you can find tables that play 70 hands per hour. It has been a while since I looked at this, but I used to figure on average 55 Hph, which means about 6 hr each day of Nl2.If your bankroll can't handle anything higher than nl2, why not try the SnG route? Only 4 tables at once, almost half the time, and still within BRM.
I'm going to have a shot at this, but the last thing I want to do is turn something fun into a chore.

Yeh i see what you mean, its not really a chore for me as i have a fair bit of free time, its more that this is a challange i can set myself and help motivate myself, i also have a deposit bonus, so this will help with that aswell.And im playing the speed tables so get slightly more hands per hour, and not really into SnGs tbh. :)
