TOP250 September: Record RiF In Front

Mid-September, RiF grabbed his 500,000th StrategyPoint and has since been able to call himself a BlackMember. Now, he is heading straight towards the $10,000 with a record score.

The current points updates from Titan Poker have arrived, and so you can see the latest preliminary result in the $100,000 Top250 Promo September.

RiF, who will show up as a BlackMember at the BM party next weekend for the first time, is still in the top spot of the ranking. So far no surprise, but with his 175,018 StrategyPoints that he received up to September 28th, he was able to set a new record.

RiF has secured the $10,000, however in the battle for the $6,000- and $4,000 ranks, things are becoming tight in the final moments:

DrAction is sligthly ahead with about 2,600 points at rank 2, but behind him, mStar991, Leite13 and DuneBuggy are closing in – all three of them have over 78,000 StrategyPoints on their account.

Since DuneBuggy only calls attention to himself every other month of the promo so far, he could still grab the fifth place position during the final few days (so far, he finished 3x as first and once as third).

So we are looking forward to an exciting finish in the final days of the promotion. However, tallying the final results will take a few days, as the points from Mansion Poker are still missing (due to the switch over to the iPoker network).

Already $840,000 Promotion Bonuses in 2008
