Top20 and Top250 Update: VivaLT & Phisherman Remain In The Lead
The newly crowned BlackMember, VivaLT, is defending his lead in the monthly PokerStrategy Top250 ranking in the third week as well. Fatzge, Masterjari and RiF are within 3,000 StrategyPoints in the race for 2nd place. Phisherman is still first in the English Top20.
The first 3 weeks of our December Top20 Promo are over and 
Phisherman is still in the lead with 28,425 points - which is enough for 33rd place in the overall rankings. His closest follower TwiceT has 21,016 points ands 64th in the overall Top250. Third, fourth and fifth place which receive $400, $300 and $200 respectively are held by trebory59, 
Wilenija and Cakara. With Only 1,000-2,5000 points seperating them from each other - there might still be changes before the promotion is over.
TribunCaesar is currently just 500 points short of the top 5 and 
Terrorblade has been climbing in ranks ever since the first week where he wasn't even in the top20.
Who will make the race and secure a place under the top 5 or top 20? This last week can still bring one upset or the other!
VivaLT slowed down his pace considerably in the previous two weeks, and has only added about 12,000 points after the more than 65,000 StrategyPoints in the first week of December, his lead on his three closest pursuers Fatzge, Masterjari and RiF still remains above 10,000 StrategyPoints. Fatzge wasn't able to link to his first week in December either in which he collected 59,000 points, and only added another 7,000 points.
This was the factor that Masterjari took advantage of. He moved up to 3rd place and even left behind the BlackMember and three-time promotion winner RiF.
In the remaining TOP10, things got even closer than in the previous weeks. Only 3,963 points seperate ranks 5 to 10. The bottom spot is still defended by coach and ProBlogger
HoRRoR who remains on course towards his BlackMember status, and based on his latest blog entry, he only has another "38,659 Points to go".Nevertheless, December is far from over. Before we celebrate the New Year, more action in the ranking of the TOP250 promotion is sure to keep us in suspense! Who will use the remaining days of the year most effectively? Who will mobilize their last reserves and secure the $10,000 promotion bonus?
We regret the delay of the TOP250 promotion updates so far, which was caused by data which was missing from some affiliated platforms! However, we are now carrying out our regular updates, regardless of these circumstances.
In this case, the current state is from December 21st 2008. Delayed are PokerStars (Dec. 20th) and Ladbrokes Poker (Dec. 18th).
We always try to acquire the missing data as quickly as possible, however, there are problems at times on the side of the poker platforms. Of course, we will notify you in the future about existing gaps in the ranking updates if necessary.
