Top250 August: Attack of the Black Members

After the first ten days of August, the top 3 spots in the Top250 $100,000 Promo are in the hands of our Black Members.

The always second mStar991 (who finished 4 of the 7 2008 promos as second), managed to start this month off as first with 47.551 StrategyPoints. If he keeps up the pace, the 100,000 point marker will also be broken August.

Yet his closest follower, InSaNo, is more than just in close contention for the $10,000 first place. He is only 38 points behind mStar991, which represents only a fraction of a percent of what they have earned so far. Will the two of them keep up this neck to neck contest?

Currently ranked third is tmy, who is trailing by around 17,000 points. He is closely followed by DuneBuggy, who, as a two time winner of the promo, has already shown that he is good for sudden surprises and huge point jumps. Will he settle for his current $4.000 spot, or will he also make a run for first place?

With inmarsat8 and Charlemange, there are once again two non-German members in the Top10 and even the English community has several members in the Top100. Phisherman is currently 37th with 10,948 points, marmadave is 79th with 7,945 points and ljutigusar is 96th with 7,510 points.
