Annie Duke will once again be the WSOP Ante Up for Africa host, an event which will attract a series of notable names from the acting, sports and poker industries. The charity tournament will take place on the 3rd of July, at the Rio All-Suites Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas.

Earlier this week, Harrah's announced the list of celebrities that will attend. According to that list, we will be seeing actors like Matt Damon or Ben Affleck at the tables. Sports fans will be pleased to know that New York Knicks' Tracy McGrady, as well as former basketball star Kenny Smith, have also accepted to participate in this event.

Amongst notable poker names, Phil Hellmuth, Howard Lederer, Chris Ferguson, Erik Seidel, Phil Gordon and Andy Bloch have confirmed they will take part. Ante Up for Africa co-founder Annie Duke will be the host, while Hellmuth will be the event emcee.

In a press release from Harrah's, Duke said: "It is an honor to be working with the WSOP and the Rio for the fourth year of Ante Up for Africa. We created this event to make a positive impact on the lives of those in Darfur and throughout Africa. I am delighted the event continues to grow every year boasting more celebrities, more players, and more poker pros."

Ante Up for Africa was founded in 2006 by Annie Duke, Don Cheadle and Norman Epstein. Alex Bolotin won last year's event, which saw a field of 137 players participating.
