Ferguson's secret stash
Subject:Poker leaked some interesting information this morning surrounding the bank accounts and financial activity of Full Tilt Poker key figure and shareholder, Chris Ferguson.According to the article, Ferguson and his lawyer, Ian Imrich, have also "threatened repeatedly to take steps that might impede the pending deal with the DOJ and Groupe Bernard Tapie."
The article alleges that "Imrich and Ferguson have threatened to file for, amongst other things, a constructive trust over the money seized on Black Friday and injunctive relief to delay the planned forfeiture of FTP's assets."
Mr Ferguson's threats seem to have emerged following the DOJ's objection to any previous FTP shareholders having any part of a newly formed FTP business. You can read the article in full over at Subject:Poker.

The news was met with great sadness from the poker community, with Annette Obrestad posting on 2+2 that she "cried when I read [about] this. I don't know anyone like him. He truly is one of a kind. All the best Thor, ur an inspiration for us all."

Daily Signoff
With news of former WSOP Main Event Champ Jamie Gold taking residence at the Tropicana Poker Room as their ambassador, today's Daily Signoff asks a question. What's worse, the fact that Jamie Gold is charging $1000/hr for coaching poker, or the fact that a nine year old is in charge of his advertising?

Give it up Ferguson, you've had enough of our money. You were respected so much in the poker community up until last year. Now you're in danger of becoming more hated than Lederer. GTFO.#11
nathanrenard, 27 Jan 12 02:09
Good thing to hear that the DOJ doesn't want any previous people from FTP on the new chance they will get.#12

So the main problem now is, that they only found 14.3m$ from ferguson, of a total of 83m$?He has probably put it in 200 different countries, on 200k different companies..
For not to talk about ledere and who else that has been involved.
How is it, that they ever get all of them? My guess - never!
So it will end up with the fact, that either the frenchmen will cut the losses from his own pocket, or another con with the man goes to prison, and his lawyer and "companies" live happely ever after.
I am just stunned by him, trying to let the con go on for another year or two before they get caugt, with him depositting 14.3 back to FTP for it to survive "feed the fish, it will eventually get back anyway"

where is the rest?? If tapie buys it for 80m$ there is still missing 360m$ minus the 14.3m$ the devil invested in his con.

to me et looks like a site with 'some' inside info on various of poker and other financials. But im sure they are leaking rumours aswell, so this could very easy be one. Im not a member or anything, and i can see they write "commercials-interviews also"
