Doyle Brunson Joins Party Poker Premier League IV Roster

The Godfather of Poker has been announced as the latest addition to the already impressive roster of players. Other recent additions include Daniel Negreanu, David Benyamine and Phil Hellmuth.
Besides these latest additions to the line-up, the other poker stars who have previously announced their participation in the PartyPoker Premier League IV include Phil Hellmuth, Yevgeniy Timoshenko, Roland de Wolfe, Luke Schwartz, Tony G and last year's winner JC Tran.
According to Brunson, he is thrilled to be invited to be a part of this year's event and is looking forward to doing well in it. With such a high quality pool of players, he thinks that everyone is capable of winning.
Team Party member Kara Scott picked as host
The fourth instalment of the PartyPoker Premier League will take place in Las Vegas between the 12th and 18th of February. Kara Scott (pictured right), who recently joined Team Party, will be the host for this event, which will be televised worldwide at a later date.Only 12 seats are available for this $100,000 buy-in tournament. Two final seats remain open, with one going to the winner of a play-off between the members of Team Party and the other to an online qualifier. 2009 Poker Hall of Fame inductee Mike Sexton is among those who will be playing in the Team Party play-off.
One online qualifier joins the eleven pros
Sexton (pictured right) will be joined by Germany's Bodo Sbrzesny, France's Reny Biechel, the UK's Ian Frazer and Brazil's Felipe Ramos. Dragan Galic, who was recently nominated for European Player of The Year, is also a special invitee to this play-off. After a series of online qualifiers on PartyPoker, 16 players have already won $9,000 prize packages to fly to Vegas and participate in a seperate play-off tournament on the 10th and 11th of February. This will decide who gets to play against the pros. One of the 16 qualifiers will also earn a one year Team Party contract valued at $100,000.
