EPT Prague Day 2: Iosif Berskrovnyy Maintains Lead as Bubble Looms

Unfortunately a whole host of PokerStrategists and big names hit the rail on day 2 of the EPT Prague Main Event, but we are still cheering on Spanish Black Member Jose "Pepealas" Alastuey.

What happened on Day 2?

Players with chips - Holding onto a chip lead with 864 runners is a tough ask, but that is exactly what Russian Iosif Beskrovnyy did as he maintained his day 1 lead as the field whittled down to 167.

Some other notables coming back with a big stack include Todd Terry, Chris Brammer and Fabrice Soulier.

The only surviving community member whose name we recognise is a Black Member from our Spanish community, Jose ' Pepealas' Alastuey, who is coming back with 194,600.

Hitting the rail - Lots of big names hit the felt on day two including Ville Wahlbeck, Bodo Sbrzesny, Eoghan O'Dea, Eugene Katchalov, Praz Bansi, Toby Lewis and Jason Mercier.

We also lost a huge contingent of PokerStrategists on day 2, including Patrick 'pleno1' Leonard,
Dominik ' Ace0nTheRiverNitsche, Philipp ' philgruissem' Gruissem, Fabian ' fabstinhoQuoss, Marko ' infinity1000' Neumann, Manuel ' FairyVerde' Cortada, Daniel ' Gusano21' Cascado, Elías ' Zer0s' Gutiérrez and last year's champion Martin ' 0piggybankFinger.

167 players will return today with 128 making the money, so by the end of day 3 we should be in the money with everybody looking towards that big final table.

Day 3 will begin on Wednesday at 12:00 CET.
