Gossip: Bracelet Winner in Distress?
Recently, an original WSOP bracelet ended up on eBay. Set at $7000, the jewellery was pulled from auction early.
What poker player doesn't dream of winning a WSOP bracelet? For some, this is funny because the bracelet is the penultimate representation of enduring a field of poker players for a weekend or longer. The bracelet is often what players admire the most as it symbolizes the win. For $7,000, an undisclosed seller put up an original WSOP from 2008 on eBay for immediate purchase before the auction was pulled due to an "error in the offer". Four bids were already registered.
Here is the original text from the auction:

Looking a little more closely at the eBay seller, it was noticeable that some of his recent purchases were for tickets for the AFC Championship game play-off between the Steelers and the Ravens, and a James Harrison Steeler jersey.
The only WSOP in 2008 who comes directly from Pennsylvania would be Eric Brooks. At this point, it is impossible to know with certainty that this bracelet resides on his wrist.
