Meet the November Nine: Seats 1 - 3

Jason Senti has the shortest stack among this year's November Niners. Meanwhile, Joseph Cheong and John Dolan hold the 3rd and 2nd largest stacks respectively. Here are the seats 1 to 3 of the final table in detail.

Nearly a thousand more players than last year entered the 2010 WSOP Main Event. A field of 7,319 eventually whittled down to the final nine players, which will meet again in about four months. Nearly all of this year's November Niners are in their twenties, making this the youngest WSOP ME final table in history.

We are going to present you the nine finalists and have a quick glance at their previous successes and achievements. Today, we will bring you a portrait of the short-stacked Jason Senti, as well as the 2nd and 3rd largest stacks at the table, John Dolan and Joseph Cheong.

Seat 1: Jason Senti

  • Jason SentiAge: 25
  • Location: St. Louis Park, US
  • Chip stack: 7,625,000
Jason Senti is a 25 years old cash game pro from St. Louis Park, Minnesota. He plays Pot Limit Omaha and No Limit Hold'em online at short-handed and heads-up tables on limits up to $25/$50. However, he now has a chance of adding a WSOP Main Event title under his belt.

Despite being the shortest stack at the final table, Senti could easily turn into a force to be reckoned with, should his chips rise in numbers. Commending his skills is the fact that Phil "OMGCLayAiken" Galfond has a piece of his action in the Main Event.

Seat 2: Joseph Cheong

  • Joseph CheongAge: 24
  • Location: La Mirada, US
  • Chip stack: 23,525,000
Coming from La Mirada, California is the man who holds the third largest stack at the final table - Joseph Cheong. With over 23 million chips, this experienced tournament player will have a healthy stack to confront other November Niners with.

At the age of 24, Cheong has already had several notable cashes in his tournament career. His online winnings include a $55,000 payday for taking down a Mini Full Tilt Online Poker Series tournament in May 2009. He has also had success in live tournaments, winning a $340 NLHE tournament at Harrah’s Rincon for $17,000 in March 2010.

Seat 3: John Dolan

  • John DolanAge: 24
  • Location: Bonita Springs, US
  • Chip stack: 46,250,000
Another young player at the final table is the 24 year old John Dolan from Bonita Springs, Florida. After modest results in the past two WSOP he has attended, he seems poised to finally take down the big one. With just over 46 million in chips, he holds the second largest stack at the table.

Even though he didn't have any notable results in WSOP until now, he has amassed nearly $1 million in tournament winnings prior to making it to this year's Main Event final table. This makes him one of the most experienced players at the table, with wins at Harrah's New Orleans Bayou Challenge (for $31,874) and Gulf Coast Poker Championship (for $32,956) under his belt.
