Battling Phil Hellmuth for 5th WSOP bracelet
Juanda defeated WSOP legend Phil Hellmuth in the $10k 2-7 Lowball Championship a few days ago to claim the $367,170 first prize. Outspoken pro Daniel Negreanu was quick to praise Juanda, tweeting "Juanda is the best all around 2-7 player I've ever played with, especially in tournaments. He reads people very well."Runner-up Hellmuth simply remarked "You're just so f****** scary!"
Known for his calm, humble demeanour, Juanda is a gentleman both on and off the felt. Following his fifth bracelet victory, Juanda was typically modest, stating "If the cards would have fallen his way he could be standing here doing the interview instead of me."

@#1 JG was incredibly lucky in his WSOP run, it's true. But he did use his luck well. Talking his opponents into doing exactly what he wanted them to do.#6

Agree with #5 Jamie Gold is a good player but indeed he is very lucky at 2006 WSOP. He is not the best player at that table but poker is not all about skill its also luck which determine..#7
