World Poker Tour Venice Grand Prix: Poker, Magic, Carnival!
The second WPT event of this season to hit the Italian city of Venice promises more than just poker, with world-renowned magician Dynamo entertaining the players while the Venice Carnival rocks the town.

In addition to the Main Event, which runs from February 6 until February 10, we will see a €1,100 Pot Limit Omaha tournament and a €1,650 No Limit Hold'em "Mega Event".

WPT Venice, December 2011
The last time the World Poker Tour hosted a tournament in Venice was December 2011. Then, Eduardo Alescio overcame the final table, beating Steve O'Dwyer heads-up for the title.Alescio, the self-confessed amateur of the final table, took home €175,000 after defeating a field of 213 players in the €3,000 event.
