durrrr to Announce New Challenger

With the yet to be completed challenge with Patrik Antonius dragging on and failing to ignite the interest of the poker community, durrrr is set to make an announcement on a new challenger soon.

According to Bluff Magazine, the full story is set to come out in the next issue of their magazine. From the snippets of the interview that has been posted up, it seems that Brian Townsend will be the next player to challenge durrrr.

"(Two or three months) is the timeline to get it done, and with Brian, it’s possible to get it done even faster," said durrrr in the interview.

He then added: "With Brian, there will be days when we’ll probably play 5,000 hands."

Current durrrr Challenge still running

As for his challenge with Antonius, they have completed 33,303 out of 50,000 hands after over 1 year of play. durrrr is curently in the lead by close to $2 million, and nobody knows for sure when they they will be completing it.
