Good Article. However, I don't like c/bet against loose peple with low F to C/bet where I play (NL5 SH). Many times I am beat to some random card he hit and I just take these people to valuetown when I really have the hand as they never fold ;oI think these have to be at NL25 still

Hi Lemon, you have to C/bet the flop as you are always representing strength. You have to set the right table image for C/bets to work to thier full potential.Have a look at this scenario: You have raised preflop with A K on the button and get 1 caller, the flop brings 7 9 3, you C/bet and your opponent puts you on A K and reraises you......simple action from you is fold.
The next time you play this opponent at the table in a hand it will eventually pay dividends because let's look at a simular situation where you would raise on the button: you are dealt 9 9 and make the standard raise on the button. Your little friend who check raised you earlier smiles and calls. The flop brings 2 7 9 and your friend checks, You throw out a C/bet and again your friend check raises you......now you have a decision to make, If you flat call he may think you have something or out of frustration chasing the A, K, Q or J (with a hand like AK,AQ,AJ etc) and potentially push all in on the turn. The other move you could make is move all in over the top (again made to look like frustration) but this will depend of course on the read you have on him.
