Guys, please pay your attention to the calculations on the third page: to calculate the right probabilities of Villain to hit his outs we need to take into account the hole cards of Hero. Hence, the probability of OESD to hit is 8/45. That's because we have already made a precise assumption regarding Hero's holding and used it to assume the average impllied payoff against Hero.

First i need to say it's a great article. I agree with #1 for cards left in deck if villain puts hero on any set.
It's kind of interesting though that at 6max table: Utg raises, two players after him and SB fold, CO, hero and BB call a raise :D (that's where hero has pocket 33)
