The following article deals with the playing of weak draws. In particular, it is about the following hands:

  • Gutshot
    You're missing an inner card for the straight.
     
  • Weak flush draw
    The board shows three cards of the same suit and you have a fourth card of this suit which is neither an ace, a king nor a queen.
     
  • Weak OESD
    You have an OESD which won't improve to the nut straight. Thus there's always the danger of you being dominated by a higher straight draw.
