What is a Rock?

Symptoms

Rocks are incredibly tight and only play the best starting hands. They only bet with strong and only raise with very strong hands. They consequently fold weak hands. As a matter of fact they are quite vulnerable to bluffs and steals. They play straight-forward and therefore they are very predictable.

Rocks usually are winners in the lower limits. They have patience and only have to wait for big mistakes by their opponents. They consequently get beaten on higher limits because of the aggression at the higher stakes. They get forced out of the hand with marginal hands and if they show aggression with good hands all TAGs will probably fold.
