This article is mainly about PokerTracker stats and their integrationinto your own game. After an introductory explanation of the meaning ofthe different statistics, all of the characteristic values of everybasic type of player will be analysed. After that, indicative valueswill be given for a winning TAG-strategy.
The information offered here should be used as aguideline, but you should always consider that No-Limit Hold'em offers many different possibilities and that differences aren't therefore always as clear as they might first seem.
PokerTracker stats should always be treated withcaution as they only give a first impression of the way an opponentplays. To ensure that an opponent's stats provide a good basis for aprecise read, you always need a sufficient amount of his hands in yourdatabase. You can, however, get a read on certain opponents after justa few hands if you start to recognize certain tendencies. We will comeback to this later in further detail.
It is important to remember that simply usingPokertracker or Elephant (which has similar values) doesn't guarantee asteady profit. You should always keep making notes on hand ranges,moves and the way your opponent plays a draw.
