The chart is the Approx Chart found in the German Gold Section. It is more sophisticated than the PS ORC, but if you are not using stats yet, you better stick to the ORC found in the silver section.

On second thought the videos header says FR, although it actually is SH, and using the Approx chart in a silver video is slightly off.
