V hrách s blindy je straddle malá sázka navíc, kterou může dobrovolně udělat první hráč na řadě po big blindu. Musí mít minimální velikost dvou big blindů. <\/p>

Pokud hráč straddle vloží, stává se novým velkým blindem v prvním kole sázek a dokončuje tak první kolo sázek. Vsazením straddle se vylepšuje jeho pozice oproti ostatním soupeřům, kteří musí jednat před ním. Straddle se bere jako blind<\/a> a ne jako bet<\/a>, takže hráč který straddle vložil, může ještě navýšit, pokud všichni hráči před ním straddle pouze dorovnali.<\/p>

Straddly se používají ke zvýšení velikostí sázek, potů a akce během hry. <\/p>
