Donkbet<\/a> je spojení slov donkey (osel) a bet<\/a>. Jedná se o nečekanou a riskantní sázku od hráče, který nebyl v předchozích sázkových kolech agresor<\/a>. Sázce se také říká gaybet nebo bet<\/a> out of nowhere. <\/p>

Typická donkbet situace je chvíle, kdy hráč dorovná v prvním kole sázek a poté najednou vsadí v kole následujícím.<\/p>

Donkbety můžou být hloupé sázky začátečníků, ale stejně tak podloudné manévry s cílem oklamat soupeře. Často vypadají velmi slabě. Navíc se používají jako blockbet v hrách s volitelnými sázkami, kde i malá sázka může zastrašit soupeře od vsazení velké a pot odds<\/a> narušující částky. <\/p>
