Dnes sice odstartovalo WPT Cyprus, ale ještě než dopadly na stůl první turnajové žetony, proběhla na Kypru parádní all-star cash game. <\/p>

Této dlouhé, více než 12hodinové, session se zúčastnili takoví hráči jako Marvin 'xcrash154' Rettenmaier, Sam Trickett, Daniel \"\"'Junglemandan<\/a><\/strong>' Cates nebo Dominik 'ace0ntheriver' Nitsche, kteří se utkali s dalšími profesionály i bohatými amatéry. <\/p>

Přenášena byla živě na Facebooku, a tak mohli fanoušci sledovat, jak se na pozici nejúspěšnějšího hráče protlačil Roger Hairabedian. <\/p>

Přestože byl obklopen jednimi z nejlepších cash game hráčů na světě, dokázal francouzský grinder ovládnout stůl při povinných sázkách $50\/$100 a i takový hráč jako Marvin kvůli němu prohrál $15,000. <\/p>

Nakonec už měli hráči dost a rozešli se do svých pokojů, aby si odpočinuli před pátečním zahajovacím dnem, ve kterém se pokusí Marvin obhájit titul z loňského roku.<\/p>

Hodně špatná slovní analogie dostala anglického politika do křížku s - vlastně tak nějak každým - včetně několika špičkových ženských hráček pokeru.<\/p>

Když mluvil na téma ženského zastoupení v byznysu v UK, vyjádřil se Stuart Wheeler, že ani v činnostech jako jsou šachy, bridge nebo poker \"si ženy absolutně neškrtají<\/em>\".<\/p>

Podle the Daily Telegraph<\/a> prohlásil Wheeler, člen UK Independence Party (UKIP), že \"byznys je velmi, velmi soutěživý<\/em>\" a stejně jako v dalších nefyzických výzvách se ženám nedaří překonat výkony mužů. <\/p>

Samotnému Wheelerovi není poker úplně cizí, dokonce má jedno placené umístění z Main Eventu WSOP, ale zdá se, že tímto svým komentářem zabrnkal na nervy i několika známým hráčům \/ hráčkám:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>

A vskutku, porovnáme-li Wheelerovy statistiky na Hendon Mob například s Vanessou Selbst ($35,000 proti $7,398,453), zdá se, že má Wheeler přeci jen intelektuální deficit, když přijde na otázku pokeru.<\/p>

Dívky z Royal Flush žhavé jako vždy<\/h2>

Se začínající novou sezónou WPT na Kypru byly povolány do zbraně i dívky z Royal Flush, aby opět daly okázale na odiv, čím je matka příroda obdařila. <\/p>

Procestují celý turnajový okruh, aby dodaly celé akci ještě větší půvab. Dívky v poslední době podstoupily další z řady focení a naštěstí byl po ruce kameraman, aby pro nás celou akci zachytil.<\/p>

Gus Hansen a Viktor \"Isildur1\" Blom se rozhodli včera otestovat své dovednosti ve variantách 2-7 Triple Draw a Omaha 8 a na konci session se to v obou případech ukázalo jako moudrá volba.<\/p>

Hansen nakonec ovládl denní leaderboard s profitem $302,655, zatímco Blom skončil druhý s výhrou $252,525.<\/p>

Sílu Hansenova a Blomova upswingu v plné kráse pocítil v posledních 24 hodinách hlavně hráč \"O Fortuna PLS\". <\/p>

Německý grinder zakončil den s největší ztrátou před hráči \"HelicopterBen82\" (-$156,148) a \"Call_911\" (-$145,148), když přišel o $622,842.<\/p>
