Bývalý přítel Paris Hilton a současný manžel Pamely Anderson, Rick Salomon, chipleaduje letošní $1 milionový One Drop event. <\/p>

V překvapivém vývoji dokázal Salomon během včerejšího hracího dne plného zvratů ovládnout akci a přežít taková jména světové pokerové scény jako Sam Trickett, Phil Ivey nebo obhajující šampion Antonio Esfandiari.<\/p>

Amatérský hráč sice možná není tím nejvíce technicky zdatným hráčem v turnaji, ale díky několika působivým blafům byl schopen progrindit si cestu ke stacku 23,575,000 žetonů. <\/p>

Zatímco Den 2 byl úspěšný pro Salomona, největším příběhem dne bylo vyřazení Antonia Esfandiariho. Přestože do druhého hracího dne vstupoval se zdravým stackem, zažil Antonio jízdu jako na horské dráze, když nejprve spadl na hranici vyřazení, aby se následně probojoval zpět mezi top 5 umístění. <\/p>

Nakonec ale přeci jen nedokázal udržet tempo se zbytkem pole a poroučel se těsně před finálovým stolem poté, co se jeho all-in ze zoufalství s \"Ah\"\"5h\" dočkal callu od Tobiase 'pokernoob' Reinkemeiera s kombinací \"As\"\"Jc\". <\/p>

Po boardu \"9c\"\"Qd\"\"6h\"\"Js\"\"5d\" si zklamaný Antonio užil aplausu diváků, než smutně opustil pódium. <\/p>

Jak se čas, určený pro druhý hrací den, blížil ke svému konci, rozhodli se organizátoři přerušit akci na bublině, jen jednu eliminaci od oficiálního osmičlenného finálového stolu. <\/p>

I přes řadu protestů prý rozhodnutí nebylo v rukou WSOP, takže korunovace nového šampiona a boj poslední devítky šťastlivců o $15,306,668 za první místo musí ještě jeden den počkat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
