S výjimkou psychologických knih - které mohou být přínosem, aniž by musel být autor vyhrávajícím hráčem - vydal Daniel Negreanu varování <\/strong>pro hráče, kteří hledají nějaký tištěný pokerový materiál.<\/p>

Kanaďan, který se loni dostal opět do čela turnajového all-time money listu, když skončil druhý za Danem Colmanem<\/a> v $1M One Drop eventu na WSOP, tvrdí, že elitní hráči musí spoléhat pouze na malé strategické výhody, aby byli ziskoví, a to znamená, že pro veřejnost bude vždy nedostatek<\/strong> opravdu hodnotných učebních materiálů.<\/p>

Oproti \"opravdovým sportům\", jako je například fotbal, podle něj není možné, aby se stal pokerový hráč trenérem světové úrovně, aniž by dosáhl absolutního vrcholu ve hře.<\/p>

Ve svém blogu<\/a> poté zdůrazňuje, že velká většina dnes dostupných materiálů - a přiznává, že to může platit i pro některé z jeho publikací vydaných před více než deseti lety - obsahuje zastaralé informace a většina autorů prostě není oprávněná učit i v roce 2015:<\/p>

\"Když přijde na zlepšování hry, je nezbytně nutné, aby byl autor úspěšným a vyhrávajícím hráčem v dostatečně dlouhém časovém úseku\".<\/p>

\"Na trhu je stále spousta knih napsaných lidmi, kteří by dnes prostě plusoví nebyli. Informace jsou často naprosto špatné. Kniha napsaná vyhrávajícím hráčem v roce 2003 nemusí obsahovat informace, které budou efektivní i dnes. Může obsahovat strategie, které fungovaly tehdy, ale ne dnes\".<\/p>

\"Pravdou je, že mnoho těch nejlepších pokerových knih nebude nikdy napsáno. Není běžné, aby ti nejlepší hráči hrající ty nejvyšší hry odhalovali své strategie. Obvykle takoví hráči vyhrají díky svým strategiím mnohem více, než kdyby se s nimi podělili se světem. Čas od času se tak děje, ale stále se jedná o výjimky.\"<\/p>
