Sloučí se Amaya s obří sázkovkou?<\/figcaption><\/figure>

Na stole se možná chystá další velké partnerství v herním odvětví, jelikož vlastník PokerStars Amaya Inc jedná<\/strong> dle Reuters<\/a> o sloučení s William Hill<\/strong>.<\/p>

Ve společném prohlášení kanadská Amaya a britský William Hill tvrdí, že navrhovaná dohoda v hodnotě £5 miliard se \"shoduje se strategickými cíli\" obou společností.<\/p>

O Amayu má prý zájem také GVC Holdings Plc<\/strong>. Výsledkem obou potencionálních dohod vzrostla v pátek hodnota jejích akcií o 9,1 % na C$23,41.<\/p>

V srpnu William Hill odmítnul převzetí v hodnotě £3 miliard od 888 a Rank<\/a>. V průběhu toho stejného měsíce odstoupil ze své pozice CEO v Amaya David Baazov<\/a> v důsledku vyšetřování kvůli insider tradingu (zneužití neveřejných informací k vlastnímu obohacení při obchodování s akciemi). O nákup Amayi se prý ucházel i sám Baazov, tato možnost je ale zřejmě ze hry definitivně pryč.<\/p>
