Více než 15 měsíců po nechvalně známých událostech Černého pátku jsou čekání hráčů konečně u konce.<\/p>

31. července 2012 oznámili PokerStars a Ministerstvo spravedlnosti Spojených států, že PokerStars převezme kontrolu nad tím, co zbylo z Full Tilt Pokeru<\/a> a postará se o to, aby byly všem hráčům Full Tilt Pokeru mimo Spojené státy vyplaceny stavy jejich herních účtů v plné výši. <\/p>

To je mnohem více, než v co mohli vůbec hráči během tohoto dlouhého čekání doufat. Poté, co připadalo v úvahu mnoho různých dohod, které ale všechny postupně padly, včetně té nejslibnější, předložené investiční společností Group Bernard Tapie<\/a>, přispěchaly se záchranou PokerStars. <\/p>

PokerStars zaplatí Ministerstvu spravedlnosti US 547 miliónů dolarů a vyplatí všechny neamerické hráče - celkem 184 miliónů dolarů - v plné výši. To jsou dokonce ještě lepší podmínky, než bylo původně navrhováno při dohodě s Group Bernard Tapie a pro všechny hráče, kterých se odškodnění týká, se určitě jedná o obrovské překvapení a hlavně úlevu. <\/p>

Co se bude dít dále? PokerStars prohlásily, že budou chtít provozovat Full Tilt Poker jako samostatnou obchodní značku a ve zvolených jurisdikcích ji znovu spustit. Zatím není známo, jestli budou PokerStars a Full Tilt do budoucna sdílet likviditu, ale PokerStars naznačily, že budou chtít zachovat software herny Full Tilt. <\/p>

Jakmile bude akvizice kompletní a Full Tilt bude opět online, vzroste rozdíl, o který jsou PokerStars, které už i bez Full Tiltu v současné době představují okolo 60% celosvětového trhu, největším provozovatelem pokeru na světě. Vezmeme-li v úvahu, s jak těžkými časy se jejich konkurenti potýkají, nebyl bych překvapený, kdyby do konce roku 2013 dosáhl podíl PokerStars\/Full Tiltu na trhu 75%. <\/p>

Podle mnohých je taková dominance na trhu něco, čeho bychom se měli obávat. Ale soudě dle chování PokerStars v posledních letech a za předpokladu, že se skvělá filozofie této společnosti nezmění nyní, když musel spoluzakladatel PokerStars.com Isai Scheinberg odstoupit, myslím si, že se PokerStars zachovají zodpovědně a budou i do budoucna myslet hlavně na hráče - stejně jako tomu bylo vždycky v minulosti. <\/p>
