Sebastian Homann (Bild rechts) ging mit einer knappen Führung vor Dominik Nitsche aka ace0ntheriver als Chipleader an den Final Table des WPT Marrakesch Main Events. Dritter im Bunde war Guilliame Cescut mit deutlich weniger Chips als das deutsche Führungsduo.<\/p>

Der Tag hätte ab dann aber für die beiden Chipleader nicht gegensätzlicher verlaufen können: Während AceOnTheRiver<\/em> bereits als Sechster seine Sachen packen musste, zeigte sich Sebastian Homann in bestechender Form und kontrollierte satte 75% der Chips zum Zeitpunkt von Nitsches Ausscheiden. Der deutsche PokerStratege erhielt €36.220 für seinen sechsten Platz.<\/p>

Cescut macht Homann das Leben schwer<\/h2>

Einige Stunden später waren es dann nur noch Homann und Cescut, die noch am Tisch saßen. Der Deutsche ging mit einer Führung von etwa 2-1 Chips in das Heads-up, aber Cescut nahm ihm den Titel des Chipleader zwischenzeitlich wieder ab. Seine Führung war allerdings nicht von Dauer und Homann konnte durch eine entscheidende Hand die Mehrheit der Chips zurückerobern.<\/p>

Homann re-raisete auf 350k (25k\/50k Blinds) preflop und Cescut callte. Auf einem Board mit \"Jc\"\"4d\"\"4h\"\"Qs\"\"8d\" bettete Homann dann auf jeder Street und ging schließlich am River all-in. Cescut callte jede Bet und muckte schließlich, als Homann \"Ks\"\"Qd\" zeigte.<\/p>

Danach hatte Cescut nur noch 200k Chips und somit nur noch etwa vier Big Blinds, aber es gelang ihm, sich wieder auf 1,7 Millionen Chips zurückzukämpfen. Das Endresultat blieb allerdings das gleiche: Etwa 15 Minuten nach der oben genannten Hand war das Heads-up vorbei und Homann konnte sich den Titel nach einer insgesamt dominanten Vorstellung sichern. Sein Lohn: €244.508 in Bar und eine WPT-Trophäe..<\/p>
