Die neue Poker-Castingshow<\/h2>

Pro Sieben sucht seit dem 30. März zusammen mit PokerStars.de in elf Folgen Deutschlands neues Poker-Ass. Immer Mittwochs um 0.15 Uhr wird die Castingshow ausgestrahlt, bei der insgesamt 18 Kandidaten um 100.000 Euro und einen Startplatz bei Europas größtem Pokerturnier, der European Poker Tour in Berlin kämpfen.<\/p>

Unterschiedlichste  Charaktere - vom Stuntman zum Burlesque-Model, von der Tattoo-Braut bis hin zum Ex-Lehman Brothers-Banker - sind dabei.<\/p>

In der Jury von \"Das Pokerstars.de Ass\" sitzen Deutschlands erfolgreichste Pokerspielerin Sandra Naujoks, Poker-Manager Thomas Lamatsch und Hobby-Spielerin Sophia Thomalla. <\/p>

Bis zum Titel ist es ein weiter Weg, und die Kandidaten müssen unterschiedlichste Herausforderungen meistern. Jede Challenge testet die Kandidaten erneut auf ihre Fähigkeiten im Pokerspiel. Unterstützung erhalten die Kandidaten dabei von prominenter Seite, beispielsweise von Detlef D! Soost.<\/p>

Die erste Challenge bestand darin im Gespräch herausfinden, wer von den Kandidaten bereits ein erfolgreicher Spieler ist und wer noch nie im Leben gepokert hat. <\/p>

Auf die Frage \"Was ist denn eine Bet\", erwiderte beispielsweise eine russische Kandidatin: “Was für ein Bett?”. Die Kandidatin erklärte anschließend, sie organisiere Reisen nach St. Petersburg, worauf der Fragesteller wissen wollte, ob man sich zu der Reise auch eine Frau mieten könne. <\/p>

Anschließend wurde gepokert und die Kandidaten mussten zeigen, was sie können. Die Jury bewertete das Turnier und stellte erste Beobachtungen an, wer spielen kann und wer nicht. <\/p>

Mit 10 ausgewählten Kandidaten flog die Jury der Sonne entgegen. In L.A. angekommen, wurden gleich schon wieder Kandidaten nach Hause geschickt. <\/p>

Nach einer nervenaufreibenden Quad- Challenge in der zweiten Woche flog Burlesque-Model Anna-Maria raus und Sandra kommentierte das mit den Worten: \"Deine Persönlichkeit konnte uns nicht überzeugen, dein Pokerspiel auch nicht. Was wir heute gesehen haben, war grottoid.\"<\/p>

Die Prüfung der dritten Woche trug den Titel Mathe-Test, aber schon die Tatsache, dass der ehemalige Basketball-StarDennis Rodman die Kandidaten auf die Probe stellte, ließ erahnen, dass es sich nicht um einen normalen Test handelte. Vielmehr wurden die Kandidaten an ein Bungee-Seil gekettet und bei Versagen ging es ohne Vorwarnung dem Himmel entgegen.<\/p>

Morgen geht es in die 4. Runde<\/h2>

Spannung ist wieder garantiert, wenn es morgen weitergeht mit dem Rennen um die 100.000 Euro Siegprämie plus die Teilnahme an einem EPT-Turnier, bei dem es dann um die tatsächlichen Poker-Qualitäten des Siegers geht.<\/p>
