Angeblich wurde keiner von ihnen bisher verhaftet, da sie sich im Moment nicht in Amerika aufhalten. <\/p><p>Im Moment sind die Webseiten dieser vier Seiten in den USA nicht mehr erreichbar (siehe Screenshot unten). Au&szlig;erdem hat das FBI wohl einige Bankkonten von Firmen in den USA, die in Verbindung mit den Pokerr&auml;umen stehen, eingefroren.<\/p><p>In Europa k&ouml;nnen wir im Moment weder Probleme mit den Webseiten, noch der Software dieser Pokeranbieter feststellen. Daniel Tzvetkoff war in der Vergangenheit als Zahlungsdienstleister f&uuml;r diese R&auml;ume t&auml;tig, soll dann allerdings trotz ausgezeichneter Gewinne Betr&auml;ge unterschlagen haben.<\/p>\n<p>Die beiden R&auml;ume versuchten daraufhin, die unterschlagenen Betr&auml;ge auf rechtlichem Wege zur&uuml;ckzuerhalten, scheiterten allerdings bei diesem Versuch. Schlie&szlig;lich gaben die R&auml;ume den US-Beh&ouml;rden einen Tipp, als Tzvetkoff auf amerikanischen Boden landete. Dieser wurde daraufhin auf Grundlage &auml;hnlicher Anklagen wie der heutigen festgenommen und auch nicht auf Kaution entlassen.
