Aus diesem Grund st&uuml;tze man sich bei den Vorw&uuml;rfen gegen die Pokeranbieter auch auf sog. Bankbetrug, Geldw&auml;sche und die Bestechung von Banken.<\/p><p>Bez&uuml;glich des weiteren Ablaufs rechnet er zwar damit, dass es zu einem Gerichtsverfahren kommen wird, jedoch nicht, dass die &uuml;brigen Angeklagten vor einem Gericht erscheinen werden.<\/p><p>Eine Auslieferung der Angeklagten an die USA k&ouml;nne nur erfolgen, wenn es sich bei den vorgeworfenen Taten um Handlungen handle, die sowohl in den USA als auch in dem Auslieferungsland mit Strafe bedroht seien.<\/p><p>Lediglich zwischen Hong Kong und den USA bestehe ein Auslieferungsabkommen, welches eine Auslieferung wegen \"illegalen Gl&uuml;cksspiels\" vorsehe. Auch alle anderen Taten, die den Angeklagten vorgeworfen werden, resultieren seiner Meinung nach letztlich alle aus dem Vorwurf des illegalen Gl&uuml;cksspiels.<\/p><p>Auch eine au&szlig;ergerichtliche Einigung ist nach Meinung von Nelson Rose eher unwahrscheinlich, da das US-Justizministerium h&ouml;chstwahrscheinlich auf einem Schuldeingest&auml;ndnis der Angeklagten bestehen w&uuml;rde.
