Juni hatte die Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) die Lizenzen von Full Tilt Poker suspendiert. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt musste das Unternehmen s&auml;mtliche Gesch&auml;ftst&auml;tigkeiten einstellen.<\/p><p>Im Anschluss daran stieg Full Tilt am 30. Juni in eine dreiw&ouml;chige Periode exklusiver Verhandlungen mit einem potentiellen Investor ein. W&auml;hrend dieser Verhandlungen war es Full Tilt untersagt, mit anderen Interessenten Verhandlungen aufzunehmen. Diese Vereinbarung lief am 21. Juli aus.<\/p><p>Am 26. Juli um 11:00 Uhr wird es nun zu einer &ouml;ffentlichen Anh&ouml;rung der AGCC bez&uuml;glich der Zukunft von Full Tilt kommen. B&uuml;hne daf&uuml;r ist das Park Plaza Victoria Hotel  in London.<\/p><p>Die AGCC schrieb dazu in einer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gamblingcontrol.org\/userfiles\/file\/Grayling%20PR%2020110712.pdf\">Pressemitteilung<\/a>:<\/p><p>\"Zweck dieser Anh&ouml;rung ist es, die Standpunkte sowohl der AGCC als auch von Full Tilt bez&uuml;glich der Suspendierung der Lizenz von Full Tilt &ouml;ffentlich zu machen und die vorliegenden Tatsachen transparent zu bewerten.<\/p><p>Der Gesch&auml;ftsf&uuml;hrer der AGCC, Andr&eacute; Wilsenach, sagte dazu: \"Der Entschluss der AGCC, bez&uuml;glich der Zukunft von Full Tilt Poker eine &ouml;ffentliche Anh&ouml;rung einzuleiten, zeigt unsere Bereitschaft, den Fall transparent zu behandeln. Dazu sind sowohl die &Ouml;ffentlichkeit als auch Vertreter der Presse eingeladen. Unsere oberste Priorit&auml;t lag und liegt weiterhin im Schutz der Spieler.\"<\/p><p>Es wird erwartet, dass sich aus der Anh&ouml;rung Neuigkeiten zum aktuellen Status der Lizenz von Full Tilt und zum Stand der Verhandlungen mit den potentiellen Investoren ergeben.<\/p><h2>Live-Updates?<\/h2><p>PokerStrategy.com wird mit einem Reporter live vor Ort sein.
