Angeklagt sind die beiden mutma&szlig;lichen Drahtzieher: Der 32-j&auml;hrige Mohammed Abou-C. und der 30-j&auml;hrige Ibrahim El-M. Letzterer wurde jetzt von den Richtern f&uuml;r schuldig befunden und zu sechs Jahren und vier Monaten Gef&auml;ngnis verurteilt.<\/p><p>Das Gericht sah es als erwiesen an, dass er &uuml;ber einen Verwandten die vier T&auml;ter angeheuert und ihnen vor Ort die &Uuml;berfallpl&auml;ne erl&auml;utert hatte. Zudem soll er nach Ansicht der Richter nach dem &Uuml;berfall das Fluchtauto gefahren und die Beute aufgeteilt haben. Das Gericht hielt ihm zugute, dass er im Verfahren gest&auml;ndig war, Namen der Mitt&auml;ter benannte und einen Teil der Beute (22.000 Euro) zur&uuml;ckgab.<\/p><p>Bei dem &Uuml;berfall bei der EPT Berlin im Jahr 2010 waren vier bewaffnete M&auml;nner in das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pokerstrategy.com\/de\/news\/world-of-poker\/Raububerfall-auf-der-EPT-Berlin_30512\/\">Berliner Grand Hyatt Hotel gest&uuml;rmt<\/a> und erbeuteten dabei 242.000 Euro. Die T&auml;ter wurden bereits in einem fr&uuml;heren Prozess zu Haftstrafen in H&ouml;he von bis zu drei Jahren und neun Monaten verurteilt.<\/p><h2>Warten auf das n&auml;chste Urteil<\/h2><p>Nach dem Urteil gegen Ibrahim El-M. stellt sich jetzt die Frage, wie der zweite Angeklagte bestraft wird. Der 32-J&auml;hrige Mohammed Abou-C. hatte bei einem fr&uuml;heren Prozesstag gesagt, dass er <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pokerstrategy.com\/de\/news\/world-of-poker\/Wende-im-Prozess-gegen-Drahtzieher-des-EPT-Berlin-%C3%9Cberfalls_50457\/\">unschuldig sei<\/a> und den &Uuml;berfall sogar verhindern wollte. <\/p><p>Der 32-J&auml;hrige hatte als Spieler am Main Event der EPT Berlin teilgenommen und gilt als <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pokerstrategy.com\/de\/news\/world-of-poker\/Durchbruch-im-Prozess-des-EPT-Berlin-%C3%9Cberfalls-R%C3%A4uber-sagt-aus_51919\/\">m&ouml;glicher Tippgeber<\/a>. Im September hatte einer der verurteilten T&auml;ter gegen ihn ausgesagt. Per Handy soll er laut Staatsanwaltschaft das \"Go\" f&uuml;r den &Uuml;berfall gegeben haben.<\/p><p>Gegen ihn wird gesondert weiter verhandelt.
