Zuvor waren bereits die vier T&auml;ter, die 2010 in das Berliner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pokerstrategy.com\/de\/news\/world-of-poker\/Raububerfall-auf-der-EPT-Berlin_30512\/\">Grand Hyatt Hotel gest&uuml;rmt<\/a> waren und 242.000 Euro erbeutet hatten, verurteilt worden. Drei Wachm&auml;nner wurden bei dem &Uuml;berfall verletzt. <\/p><p>Bei der EPT Berlin 2010 gewann der US-Amerikaner Kevin MacPhee das Main Event und sicherte sich eine Million Euro. Er hatte sich gegen 944 Spieler durchgesetzt, wobei dieser Erfolg durch den &Uuml;berfall eher nebens&auml;chlich war.<\/p><p>Die R&auml;uber erhielten Haftstrafen in H&ouml;he von bis zu drei Jahren und neun Monaten. Mitte Dezember fiel dann das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pokerstrategy.com\/de\/news\/world-of-poker\/Urteil-im-Prozess-um-EPT-Berlin-%C3%9Cberfall:-Sechs-Jahre-und-vier-Monate-Haft_54780\/\">Urteil gegen Ibrahim El-M<\/a>., der die T&auml;ter angeheuert, das Fluchtauto gefahren und die Beute aufgeteilt hatte.<\/p><p>Als Letztes ging jetzt der Prozess gegen den 33-j&auml;hrige Mohammed Abou-C. zuende. Die Staatsanwaltschaft hatte ihm vorgeworfen, nach seinem Ausscheiden beim Main Event der EPT Berlin als <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pokerstrategy.com\/de\/news\/world-of-poker\/Durchbruch-im-Prozess-des-EPT-Berlin-%C3%9Cberfalls-R%C3%A4uber-sagt-aus_51919\/\">m&ouml;glicher Tippgeber<\/a> fungiert zu haben. Per Handy soll er das \"Go\" f&uuml;r den &Uuml;berfall gegeben haben.<\/p><p>Das Berliner Landgericht verurteilte ihn wegen schweren Raubes und gef&auml;hrlicher K&ouml;rperverletzung zu sieben Jahren und drei Monaten Haft. Die Richter glaubten nicht, dass er <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pokerstrategy.com\/de\/news\/world-of-poker\/Wende-im-Prozess-gegen-Drahtzieher-des-EPT-Berlin-%C3%9Cberfalls_50457\/\">unschuldig sei<\/a>. Zudem hatte im September einer der verurteilten T&auml;ter gegen ihn ausgesagt.<\/p><h2>Wo ist die Beute?<\/h2><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vg06.met.vgwort.de\/na\/9b6f3e1ad0ab409eb0f0510d0f0ed40f\" alt=\"\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\">Nach den Urteilen gegen die T&auml;ter und die beiden Drahtzieher bleibt allerdings noch eine Frage offen: Wo ist die Beute in H&ouml;he von 242.000 Euro? Der Prozess hatte ergeben, dass Ibrahim El-M. und die vier  R&auml;uber jeweils 45.000 Euro von der Beute erhalten haben, davon allerdings 5.000 Euro  an den Tippgeber zahlen mussten.<\/p><p>Bislang hat nur Ibrahim El-M. einen Teil der Beute (22.000 Euro) zur&uuml;ckgegeben -
