Der Drahtzieher, der im Dezember 2011 verurteilt wurde, hatte gegen das Urteil Revision eingelegt.<\/p><p>Der 5. Strafsenat des Bundesgerichtshofes befasste sich jetzt mit dem Fall und wies die Revision zur&uuml;ck, wie ein Sprecher des BGH in Karlsruhe mitteilte.<\/p><p>Das Urteil des Landgerichts Berlin, das den Mann zu einer Haftstrafe in H&ouml;he von sieben Jahren und drei Monaten verurteilte, ist damit rechtskr&auml;ftig. Der Angeklagte hatte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pokerstrategy.com\/de\/news\/world-of-poker\/H%C3%B6chststrafe-im-Prozess-des-EPT-Berlin-%C3%9Cberfalls:-Sieben-Jahre-und-drei-Monate_55054\/\">damals die H&ouml;chststrafe erhalten<\/a>.<\/p><p>Er hatte bei dem spektakul&auml;ren Raub&uuml;berfall als Tippgeber fungiert: Er befand sich zum Tatzeitpunkt im Turniersaal und gab per Handy das \"Go\" f&uuml;r den &Uuml;berfall. <\/p><h2>Die Beute bleibt verschwunden<\/h2><p>Anschlie&szlig;end st&uuml;rmten vier M&auml;nner in das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pokerstrategy.com\/de\/news\/world-of-poker\/Raububerfall-auf-der-EPT-Berlin_30512\/\">Berliner Grand Hyatt Hotel<\/a> und erbeuteten dabei 242.000 Euro. Drei Wachm&auml;nner wurden bei dem &Uuml;berfall verletzt.<\/p><p>Ein weiterer Drahtzieher war im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pokerstrategy.com\/de\/news\/world-of-poker\/Urteil-im-Prozess-um-EPT-Berlin-%C3%9Cberfall:-Sechs-Jahre-und-vier-Monate-Haft_54780\/\">Dezember 2011 zu sechs Jahren und vier Monaten Gef&auml;ngnis <\/a>verurteilt worden. Auch er hatte Revision gegen das Urteil eingelegt - diese wurde im Juni 2012 vom Bundesgerichtshof abgelehnt.
